St Paul Terrace is a collaborative effort between CHDC, a local non-profit housing developer, and St Paul AME Church in Berkeley. This mixed use project will provide fifty affordable units of various sizes to low income tenants from the community, as well as various amenities, parking, supportive services, and offices for the church.
