Two primary concepts were integrated into this affordable family housing project in the Napa Valley: the alternating courtyard system, and a connective passageway that slices through the site, creating an opportunity for community connection. The project also includes a large day care facility, community gardens, a pool, each courtyard with its own play structure, and a community space.
