The renovation and expansion of the Friedman-Negrin House on Grant Street in Central Berkeley included lifting the house by about 8’ to create a habitable in-law, renovation of the interior spaces, the addition of a new stair, and several new decks. The ground floor was initially used for a day care, and is now an ADU.
