Oak Court Apartments, located in downtown Palo Alto, provides 53 apartments for low income families. There are seven new buildings and one historic home restoration as part of this project, and we included play structures, underground parking, stoop entrances, trellis covered private decks, a labyrinth, and custom birdhouses.
