Built on a previously vacant wedge lot in the lower Mission District, this 40 unit apartment building consists of four floors of Type V-A construction over a single level of reinforced concrete podium structure. The siding is a pre-charred wood paneling, and the bay windows take their shape from the classic Victorian form, but modernized along with the rest of the building. I led this project from inception thru construction.
